All orders placed M–F are processed and shipped within a 24-hour period. Orders placed on a Friday will ship the following Monday.

Shipping fees are determined based upon weight.

Please be sure to carefully read our descriptions and sizing before placing your order.
All defects must be reported within a 48hour period and we will gladly repair or replace the items.
Lucy's Luxuries does all of its repair work in house. We will not provide reimbursement for work done outside of our facilities. Damages/repairs must be reported directly to our customer service department firstname.lastname@example.org or 561-459-8044. You will be given a repair code and shipping address to send the merchandise. Lucy's Luxuries will evaluate the repair and determine whether a service fee will apply in instances when the damage was not the fault of Lucy's Luxuries. Customer will be made aware of any such fees prior to work being completed. Please note: Repairs may take several weeks depending on the nature of the repair.
