We just landed and Lola couldn't of been

The Aspen Tote just arrived today! I am in love with it! Thank you for the shoe toy and the blanket-Minnie loves them both :) I have never seen another dog bag like it. Unbelievable bags! The Charlie and Marcie carriers are absolutely the nicest bags that I have and there is no comparing the quality to the other bags I have at home. I paid good money for my other bags too but these two I purchased from you were just as you described and out of the ordinary.

I received my Charlie Carrier from the Grace Collection today and it is simply beautiful. The design is even more detailed then pictured on-line having delicate gold metal accents to complement the black bag and tan stitching. The inside is well made and the padding is exceptional. My favorite features are the double zippers and the storage on the outside. The attachable and adjustable shoulder strap is an added bonus that helps to camouflage the tote as a purse. I contacted Jamie at Lucy's Luxuries to see if she could help me. Jamie went above and beyond in finding the right doggie carriers for my needs. She spent a long time on the phone with me getting to know a little bit about the size of my Chihuahua's and my size to fit us with the perfect bags. The box arrived yesterday and we excitedly opened it. The bags were just stunning!! Perfect sizes, made so well and dripping with luxury. My two Chihuahua's could barely wait for me to remove all the packing material before they jumped in. They were so comfy they spent most of the night snoozing in them. I actually had to bribe them out of the bags with a cookie in order to go for our evening walk. I'm sure they would have rather me just carry them around the block in their new bags! Jamie is the best! She is so friendly, very thoughtful and caring! Her little pooches even sent along a couple of toys as a sweet surprise!

Oh my gosh, the Aspen Tote is beautiful!! I knew after seeing your other bags it would be! The detail is amazing. The photos on the website do not do it justice. What a surprise when I got home. Jamie - Tracy absolutely loves the bag. Gus (Yorkie-poo) was used to it in no time, and did great in it. People didn't even know she had a dog with her on the plane. They will get so much use from the bag as Tracy plans on taking Gus with her everywhere now.

Izzy is now really confused about which of my bags she loves most. I received my Marcie carrier and she immediately jumped right inside. Both the Marcie and Molly are stored in my "dog closet", as soon as my little Chihuahua gets a peek at either, she squeals with joy and rushes to my side-the whole thing is rather comical.
The Marcie carrier is so elegant in construction. It reminds me of a high end Coach bag meshed with Prada and combined with the high quality hardware of Chanel and Rebecca Minkoff. What I personally love most about this particular bag is the double zip opening-this is such a great design!!! The bag is also super comfortable when carried using the chain shoulder strap. I thought the Lucy was too big at first, but it's so soft and "leathery" and the straps feel good on my shoulder. I sat it on the floor and Isabella crawled in through the peek-out opening and made herself quite at home. By the way, add the blanket to my tab. She claimed that right away! We were at the car dealer all day today, Isabella and I. We had our new Lucy bag and blanket. It worked quite well. She was on my lap, on the blanket while waiting and got a compliment. We got a ride to the mall and walked right into a German restaurant. I appreciate your concern and for being so helpful, Jamie.

Yes, we got MARCIE yesterday and she is gorgeous!! It looks like Chanel, Miu Miu, and Balenciaga all got together to design a pet carrier. The lining and hardware are top notch. I put it down and Wendy crawled right into it and stuck her head out, I should have had my camera ready! Best of all she fits....all stretched out she has almost an inch to spare. Jamie, I received the Marcie carrier. It is absolutely fabulous. The bag is not only stylish, but extremely comfortable for both me and my little yorkie. As soon as we get in the car, Holly climbs into the bag herself. I get compliments on the bag every single day, from both men and women. Most people do not even realize it is my dog bag. The details and the workmanship are incredible. My favorite part of the bag is the way the sides attach to the top so the dogs can peak out, but are still protected with the mesh.

Jamie, I received the bag yesterday. As of now, I can't decide what is best about your company-the superior customer service or the impeccable quality of your products. I absolutely love my Mollie bag (patent black). This is by far the best dog carrier I own. The leather is very high quality and I can most certainly tell you use only the best materials to achieve the finest craftsmanship. Every detail is perfect right down to the silver "feet" at the bottom of the bag. I also really appreciate having ample sized compartments on the outside of the bag for my personal items-this is an extra bonus because I hate lugging a purse plus my dog tote when we are out! Thank you so very much for translating your years of small pet ownership into products that are so practical!
